Hello from Silver Lake Camp,

We are seeking to hire an Assistant Director to join our leadership team for the 2020 camping season – the team is made up of our Camp Director and one Assistant Director.

We are looking for a Christ-centered, team-oriented leader who has vision, creativity and a heart to build up a staff. Youth ministry experience is essential. Experience in delegating responsibilities and in team building would be an asset.
