It is our staff who create life-changing experiences for our campers and foster the strong and supportive community of SLC that we know and love. Working at camp is also an opportunity as staff to develop your own leadership skills, deepen your faith, and build lifelong friendships.

So, if you have the desire to facilitate meaningful and empowering experiences for children and youth; are enthusiastic, excited to try new things, and enjoy working outdoors; and are ready to grow your leadership capacity, all while sharing the love of Christ, then consider becoming a part of our team.
